OC 703 vs Armstrong 420

Does anyone know if Armstrong 420 acoustic tiles has the same audio properties as OC 703? My local Lowes has this in the insulation section. If so, it cost around $90 for 16 sheets (2'x4' 5/8" thick). Is this a average price or can I get it cheaper? Thanks.

No, it doesn't. It'll be much more reflective than 703 up high and the low frequency characteristics are just a mystery since there's no specific data on it. I mean, it'll do *something*...the problem is, you have no idea what.
