Hi there
I know the mono/stereo question is common, but I haven't found an answer to this specific question. I'm finding that using a large diaphragm condenser mic by the soundhole with a small diaphragm near the bridge gives a really good sound on my acoustic guitar. As I prepare to record "for real" my inclination is to record two separate mono tracks, not one stereo track. Does that sound right or am I way off? Seems like I could have more and better mixing control between the two different mics with the separate tracks. Thanks for your help!
