version 7.3 to 7.4 delay comp

I have mbox2 ver.7.3.I need ver 7.4 to use delay compensation software. Guitar Center say in one of their mbox2 ads that 7.4 is free upgrade? Does not say that on digidesign site. Any clues?I want to buy the mellowmuse delay compensation software but it only is for protools version 7.4

7.4 was a chargable upgrade. It would have been free to people who purchased a system after the announcement of 7.4
