yes
i have a mesa roadster, and im getting a tc electronics g major 2.

the g major has 2 relays on the back capable of switching 4 channels. my mesa has for channels.

so two stereo - 4 mono.

then i need 2 mono on each end for the fx loop.

so it would be

AMP SIDE: 2 stereo, two mono

TC SIDE: 6 mono

anything like this? it only has to be 3 ft long, or so.

How about a couple patch cables with stereo extension cables to cover any extra distance, and a couple mono cables. A handful of zip ties and you have a snake. ...probably for 1/2 of the price.

It's probably easier, in this case, to just use separate cables, but if you really want to you can buy some Expandable Braided Sleeving and make your own snake. The stuff is quite easy to use, but it really seems like overkill for this situation.

I haven't tried to visualize exactly what you are hooking up, but pro audio dept's usually have bundled 8 channel TRS (stereo) minisnakes in different lengths pretty cheap (cheaper than 8 individual cables would be). You can use TRS in most mono applications.

He needs inserts for some of the lines, not just stereo lines.
