So true, all of it true. Those AKG $600 mics really do sound like that! I also agree with Pro Tools sounding very digital. I have used it and it sounds like............digital. Really cold and sterile. Also sounds brittle with no warmth at all.

Ohhh lord. I thought the Tad Donnely fad had faded away. Saw that about 6-8 mos back on another board. I think that guy just did way too many drugs through the 80's. Go check out his website http://www.iamawarrior.com/ . I think this explains a couple of things.
