Just got done re-mixing a tune I did last Christmas. Its a cover of Billy Idols "Yelling At The Christmas Tree". Im also working on "Run Run Rudolf", but Im getting my daughter and her boyfriend to sing it. He has a sore throat so it has been put on hold. So I redid this one. Definitely track 2 in the Christmas album.

The bass and guitars are cool. Where did you record the vocals? They sound like they've been recorded in a small room, or maybe its the verb you applied to them.

Good song though.

I was sitting in my control room. At the time I didnt have my sound panels, just bare walls. That room is about 12 x 10. I did use alot of compression and a little verb on it. My voice always need alot of compression :)
 
Good ole Rock 'n Roll.

The song sounds really cool. Very good guitar playing dude. The vox are the right kinda for the song. Don't know the original. This sounds really cool. The bass is pretty cool in there.

Thanks bigbubba. I like to hear the bass. I really enjoy playin it. I always have to remind myself not to play the same thing as the 6 string guitar. Im gettin better at seperating the two.
