Here is a what I think to be a new idea. (I have never seen it here before) I really would like to here some of you good people here on home recording to cover some of my original stuff. I will be covering something, or watching somebody covering something and be thinking, it must be cool to have your stuff covered, so I want to find out. I am only listing two, because they are the only ones I have bothered to write down the lyrics to.:)
Peas in a Pod Lyrics

Make it as original as you like. I am really interested in hearing what you come up with.
 
Cool idea. I'd be interested in covering Peas ina Pod, but I just don't think I have time.

I actually have had some of my songs covered; It is pretty cool to think your music is good enough that someone else wants to play it. Though be prepared for the cover band to imply or outright say that their version is better than yours.
 
Greg, I can only hope you are being sarcastic, and don't agree with that dude. That is one of the reasons I wanted to post this thread. And VomitHatSteve, I would love to hear you cover Peas in a Pod.

I may give on a shot. But it will be very different than the originals :)
 
Diffrent is good. I want it to sound diffrent. What would be the fun in it if it was the same. And greg, all your comment makes be want to say is "college men from LSU, went in dumb come out dumb too."-Randy Newman, rednecks.
