...looks like a Senn 906 side address gold on one side black on the back...can't remember it fer the life of me.

BTW...how are the 906's???? Prolly better than anything I got!!!:D

So, is the mic I'm thinking of an old 906??? Haven't see one fer quite some time.

And yes I searched albeit briefly.
 
I'll bet it was a 409. Very Pink Floydesque. And quite pricey these days I might add.
 
My buddy Brian Else says he figures I'm thinking of an AKG 414.
