Slowing becoming un-noob.
So Xaviere has new guitars up for sale at guitarfetish. Man it's tempting to spend away some money on one of those.
I've heard great things about Xaviere.

if they ever make that new thinline tele with humbuckers, I'll buy it!

It's there, I just bought one of the XV-600 black metalflake thinline copies with Dream 180 humbuckers and it's a sweet guitar indeed! I changed out the pots for a couple of push/pulls and now have 2 volumes that can coil split the humbuckers, giving 2 single coils, 2 humbuckers like a Tele Deluxe, a neck humbucker and bridge single coil like a Tele Custom, or single coil neck and bridge humbucker--super versatile! I may add a tone control later but its doing everything fine without one for now.....:D

So in all reality, what do you guys really think of Xaviere. I have an ESP LTF F-100fm. How do you think they would play compared to that? I'm just curious. I'm pretty sure I'm going to get one either way, but I'm just wondering.

I have a buttload of guitars and some expensive ones.
My Xavier 650 is my favorite git out of all of them because it plays so well. I use it for all my gigs right now ..... we're talking 6 and 7 gigs a week. It holds tune ..... sounds great and is super light.
I have the maple fretboard BTW .

yeah, but i want them to have one i actually like the looks of, I don't go for that metal flake stuff. Its gotta be black or have a nice colour/wood to it.

They look so pretty I just had to get one. I ordered an XV-650 in surf green with a maple neck and dream 180 pickups. They got me when they said "buttery smooth." Who can resist that, I ask you?

Anyway, for $254 delivered with the better case, it's not much of a gamble. This is my gonna be my first electric guitar. I hope my acoustics won't get jealous. I also dropped a few bucks on a two-channel John Hardy M1 mic pre today. Today weren't cheap! hehe
