Are the ACM1 and ACM4 included in this Group Buy, since there was no mention of prices in the email?

Gareth

I added on a couple of 73s - that's more rack space than I have, but I'll figure something out :)

Are we weakest on the 84s? What are the selling points of the 84 over the other two?

There doesn't seem to be much interest in these mics in order to get a quantity price. I still have some ACM-1's left from the last GB. This week I will try to make a point to see what is still left over.

Hi Chance. What kind of numbers do we need on the mics? Thanks.

I have noticed a lot of newcommers keep asking where to go to register...I was going to suggest that Chance and Zetajazz44 put the link in their Signature....then I noticed that we dont have signatures anymore....whats up with that?

Ok... I'm in for a 73, 2x 310s, acm-3, and a 6802. The question is should I get another pre or go for the acm-900?

Thanks guys!

OK Chance here goes. I'm buying completely in the dark. I'm new to this and just want a few good mics to start with.

1. What do hear as the main difference between the ACM-6802 and the ACM-1200? I was looking at several C12 clones but sure which would be closest.

2. On a previous post on PSW you showed an RCA 77 and said one ribbon was like that. Which would be the closed to an RCA 77?

3. How does the tube help the ACM900?

Again, this will be mainly for vocals only.

Thanks

Earl

If I'm not mistaken, back in early January, our good friend Harvey G posted some samples of the 6802 for you to hear. They were very good clips as I remember. Harvey even showed the prox-eff of these mics too.

does the 1200 come with a psu, case, shock mount, etc.?
And do we know the tube in the 1200 and whether it's removable or soldered in?

1. To be included in this group buy, go to: http://www.n344rb.com/MUSICIANSWORKSHOP and fill out the form to register for the group buy. Upon successful registration you will receive an email receipt of your registration.

2. After successfully registering, return to the same page/link: http://www.n344rb.com/MUSICIANSWORKSHOP and click on the button on that page that is labeled: "User Console". This will take you to a login page for a User Console that will allow you to manage your products of the group buy.

3. On your first visit to the User Console, you will use your email address that you registered for the group buy with, and your password will be "password", without the quotes of course. Upon logging in, you will be able to change your password, which I highly recommend doing. CAPTCHA is case sensitive. For anyone that doesn't know, CAPTCHA means: "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart". It makes sure that the login is being performed by a human and not a machine....

This is the first time this system is being used, so I'm sure there will be bugs that raise their heads from time to time. Please post any problems that you have here, and Chance or I will work to resolve them.

Thanks in advance,

Randy

Randy,

Had already registered and selected items a few days ago.

When I log in this time I am taken to a page that just gives me the optrion to edit user details and change password.

There is also one item listed from the original selections I did a few days ago.

There is nothing there for me to select any any additional items.

I'd be happy to talk offline if you like or send you screen shots of what I am viewing.

Thanks,

David

There should be an "add product" button next to a "print page" button at the bottom below your item selected.
