thats becasue their isnt one. it would be a great tool if it has been created, it would solve room reflection. if thats what ure trying to get rid of you should try "sound treating" your room.
 
if you're talking about the swell kind of effect, you can isolate whatever you want to use that effect on, put a big reverb on it, render it solo, reverse it in a wave editor and fly it back into your session. it sounds complicated, but it only takes a minute or two.
 
Or just use SIR and press the "reverse" button.

reverse whatever you're wanting the reverse verb on and then apply whatever verb or delay you want. Print the verb and then reverse the track again. The track will play back properly and you'll have a reverse reverb on whatever it is.
