I would round Britt's vocal by mixing a front and center track of her vocal along with 2 copy tracks of her vocal at a lesser volume panned right and left to whatever volume level percentage and degree of panning sounds best to your ears.
60s said:I'm not crazy about the drum beats.......sorry.
I might also consider keeping the piano 25% to the left side and the bass to 15% to the right as a starting point, but that's just speculation on my part without actually having individual tracks to mix and mess around with.
Very Nice!
Nice tune, very Rnb` "Beatwise" dident see that comming when hearing the intro.
Is that some beethoven in there
The mix sounds good to me, maybe the drums could come up a bit, specially the low end
thats my 2cents
Thanks all the same but it's not an original idea.Neat idea!
To me, this was most evident when she is copying the melody of the Beethoven part. I'd be inclined to not sing in unison with the piano, but rather sing a straight note. Whatever the first note is, on "you" just sing the rest of the line at the same pitch. You'd have to try it to see if it works. Singing in unison with such a recognizable riff just seems a bit...cheesy, I guess. Sorry. She needs to watch her pitch in spots.
