Wow ! Ethan !
That video is the coolest thing I have seen in a long time !
Absolutely incredible !
Thanks !

I am just wondering how anybody could think he is an authority on recording!

He once on here alluded that his Sound Blaster card was as good as anything out there! LOL He was asked to post audio examples. They sounded better than this. LOL

That guy has more musical talent in his thumb than you'll ever have. You're a scrotum.

Wow

Ethan,
Again,
Very well done!
I had no idea you could play so many instruments and styles so convincingly!

Great job!
Who was your drummer?

Tom

What is the best video camera for under $100 for this type of video?:D

How many guys I know that still chased even though they were married. Funny thing was the married one's chased even more.

So he's not interested in chasing tail......see!!!!!! that was my point....duh.

I think some of you guys have to get out more.

I didn't think I said anything to have a fight with anybody yet there is always someone looking for a fight.

As soon as I started training to box years ago all of a sudden everybody wanted to test themselves to see if they could beat me. Then when I did, they could say, "well he's a professional."

Human nature never changes, never........same attitudes different names and faces.

It was a great video, just not my thing, but a talented man who did it.

What, no glockenspiel? Very, very cool Ethan. The darker parts evoked memories of Jeff Wayne's musical War of the Worlds. Missing was you as Dr Evil leading a chorus of Mini-Me's. Excellent, thanks for the Monday morning entertainment.

Who was your drummer?

I did all the drums as MIDI. That, and the grand and electric pianos, were the only things that stayed MIDI and were not replaced with live playing. My pal and excellent drummer Ed Dzubak faked the drumming for the video, and he's mentioned in the credits as "drums stand-in."

Thanks guys.

PS: I just turned 59 last week so I'm a bit too old to chase tail. :D

Yeah but do you lust in your heart?;)

I'm sure a lot of people don't remember that one, do they?

A good age indeed... I don't suppose there is anyplace that I can download the vid? I'm on dialup and YouTube doesn't like me much... :(

Well, he's an authority on MIDI, composition and performance and video editing, that's for sure!

I've heard of software that lets you download and save YouTube videos, but I've never tried that. Maybe someone else knows. Of course, you could always buy the DVD from my web site:

http://www.ethanwiner.com/video/

:D

Actually, there's a lot of value - several hours of instruction on mixing, video editing, audio basics, and more.

Damn ! Now I have that Ethan Winer tune stuck in my head as an "ear-worm" !

Dwoo Dwoo-oo Dwoo-oooo

Great. The rest of the world can see it for free but since I live in a part of the country that cable and other high-speed ISP's don't want to service I'm penalized and have to purchase it...

;)

Yeah, but look at all the extra goodies you get. :D
