bollocks redux!
For sale: Three M-Audio DMP-3 Preamps. If you've poked around here or on other message boards like Gearslutz, you have some sense that these are highly recommended budget pres. Two clean pres, 66dB gain, DI's.
I recently got a nice deal on three of these, but recent gear sluttery on my part leads me to the conclusion that I can't afford keep them (not all of them at least). I'm going to offer them up here exclusively first and then put out the usual internet gear sale canvasing (other message boards, Craigslist, and then ebay if absolutely necessary)
I received them and tested out the mic pres and DI's on each. All sound very good (as advertised) but I believe in full disclosure, so here's what I found and the asking prices for each:
#1 - (farthest left in pictures) Pres and DI's sound very good. Some small cosmetic scratches on the front and back panel. Gain pots a little scratchy when turned, but channels sound great when not. $OLD
#2 - (middle) Pres and DI's sound very good. Some small cosmetic scratches on the back. Gain pots also a little scratchy when turned, but channels also sound great when not. $OLD
#3 - (farthest on the right) Pre's and DI's sound very good. Some small cosmetic scratches on back. I did not observe any scratching of the pots when turned. $110 shipped to the US
All will come shipped in their original boxes, power adapters and I have one manual which I will include with #3.
