I've wrestled with Google for about 25 minutes on this with no luck. I'm basically looking for a place to order about 50 blank CDRs with my bands name and contact information printed on them.

My idea is that I can burn venue-appropriate material to each CDR depending on whether we're hitting up a blues club or a more classic rock oriented place, etc.

I don't believe I need true screen printing; perhaps thermal is enough if it looks professional. I only need one color on disc and most of the places I've found seem to offer much larger quantities and/or way more colors than I want.

Do such places exist or do I need to investigate my own CD printer???

Thanks in advance.

this might be overkill for you...

this is where we're gonna get our ep done to start

you get everything with this.. you can order 1 cd if you want and i doubt you'll find anything cheaper than 1.60 a cd for a short run. but again this comes with a case and printed sleeve... not sure if it's the route you wanna go.. might be more for the finished product.

Probably not for the promo kits we're working on now, but our full lenght EP is only a month or so away from completion and this looks like a pretty good option for short runs of that! Thanks.

hey no prob! I actually got their link from another post here a while back.. seems like a good deal until you can afford/want to do a large run

So if I go the DIY route, is an inkjet printer that can print to CD going to give me a higher quality end product or is a thermal printer going to be better?

Any ideas all?
