For those of you that run studios, do your facilities also include practice/rehearsal rooms?
If so, how large are they?
What do you charge for the rehearsal space?

The numbers you will get will vary from state to state, and country to country.

In upstate NY practice rooms typically charged a mere $20 an hour including a reasonably lame drumkit and a simply PA for a vocalist. In NYC, its common to see a charge upwards of $50.
