DIY Acoustic panels...

For the newbies here I thought I'd post pics of the sound dampening panels I am building out of rigid fiberglass. They are 2ftX4ftX3in wrapped in two layers of loose-weave cotton fabric. Doubled up the fabric still passes air freely. These are pictures of the frame and fabric only, I'm going to buy the 703 tomorrow. I plan on using 3in thick fiberglass.

Hey, thanks for taking the time to take those pics and post them. I was also planning to post step-by-step pics of my panels in progress -- but I'm waaaay behind schedule on that 'cause I decided to replace my studio's flooring first. Your photos will be very helpful to new DIYers.
