Do you mean to use the SM58 to capture the Skype call or to use the SM58 to talk in the Skype call? If you want to use the SM58 to talk in the Skype call you will need an audio interface. Once you have an audio interface set up, you can select the audio interface as the input in Skype's preferences and then all you have to do is plug in the microphone and start Skyping!
