I looked at your last post in the noob section that I believe pertains to this.
You should do away with cubebas and down load Reaper as your DAW. You may find it easier.
But in your DAW there has to be a volume where you are routing your headphone mix. That's my guess but it's always hard to try to fix unless I'm right there.
