I was just wondering what the upgrades on the line 6 studio ux2 was coming from the line 6 tone port ux2. Is there a a difference?

The new one comes with PodFarm software - a decent upgrade from gearbox (which you can still use). One thing I like about PodFarm is you can set up two distinct sound-gear chains and blend them or left/right them.
The new version also comes with the add-on for Reason that lets you add audio to your Reason recordings.
If you've already got a Toneport, just go for the Podfarm software package.
