I think you need to practise your singing technique a bit more. It sounds a bit wobbly, you need to be much stronger even for an emotive soft-ballad type song.
Too much backing vocal in the mix too. Even though it is a 'tender/emotional' song, everything needs to sound much more confident. Take Adele for example; beautiful strong voice and the emotion all comes from the lyrics and her phrasing, rather than just singing softly. You're losing all that control by singing like this.
