Profire 2626 help and lion

Hello I own the maudio profire 2626 and i love it. Today I downloaded lion mac osx 10.7 and Now when I go to turn on my 2626 when my comp is off first interface then comp the screen that comes up when I restart my mac I get all this coding. There is an update for the 2626 but I don't want to download it because of what might happen. My Pro Tools 8 doesn't work now, but logic does so what should i do and will pt 8 work again or would i need to upgrade to 9?

Ok but It says if the computer is on and the 2626 isn't turn off the comp and turn the 2626 on so i do that and then I get coding that says something like bxf something like that I'm not sure but maybe just give it a shot idk ill try
