Pro Tools 9.02 Presonus StudioLive 16.4.2 on Mac 10.6.7

I am hoping to find anyone who has experience and advice on how to get these products working properly. I have spoken with Presonus Tech support for 4 hours. If anyone can help me with this please contact me. I have gotten them working on a song to song basis. Each time it is a challenge just to set up the I/Os. Get output to and from PT 9. I have searched Presonus Knowledge Base. I have been using Pro Tools for 6 years and hardly had a hiccup.
 
i'd love to help, but you'll need to explain exactly what the problem is...

for starters though, you should open audio midi setup in utilities and configure 'pro tools aggregate IO' so that it uses your presonus for ins and outs.

Then, open protools, tell it to use your PT aggregate as the audio device, then open your session.
