Shure 55SH

Just blagged myself an early pressie... Not sure where it fits in but I like the look of it... It comes without cable so does anyone know where I could get my hands on a "3-PIN - MALE XLR AMPHENOL SCREW-ON CONNECTOR" ?
In the UK (the States if they are cheap!)
Also does anyone have any ideas for spare parts? screws / foams / etc?

This is one of an aray of discontinued Amphenol / Switchcraft mic plugs.

Used ones go for insane prices on ebay, around $60 if I'm correct.

I've converted vintage mics to regular XLR mics in the past, but you'll have to resort to drastic measure (saws, drills etc.).

I'm pretty sure you can buy prewired conversion cables, Amphenol on one end, standard XLR on the other.

Yeah, I make and sell those on Ebay. That's the Small Tuchel plug you find on a lot of German mics from the 60's and 70's.

Since you're talking about an old American mic I had another 3 pin plug in mind.

If there's indeed a Small Tuchel connector on your mic (which I still doubt), you should have no problem finding a plug / adapter cable.
