How To Set-Up Individual Headphone Mixes

ohhh very nice, thank you sir. Now I need to figure out this evil hum I'm getting!

I've discovered that when I run a cable from the aux send to the aux on the headphone amp i get a hum, but when I directly plug the headphones into the aux send it's clean. hmmmm ...(thats me dumfounded... and the sound things are making)

Yeah, I'm bad with cables... all that balanced unbalanced garbage..

Maybe a patch cable would work the best for this... gotta go spend some $$$
