I love my pro tools setup! however the more and more I get into the pro tools "lifestyle". you become somewhat stuck! like I said I love my set Up (an 003 rack Le) but do you think pro tools is all its cracked up to be??? Let me know?

I am talking more about mastering. I guess what I am asking is, is it better to add your mastering plugs to the master fader or is it better to bounce it to a stereo track and add them to the stereo track (or does it matter)?? Thanks..

Yeah its cool and yes it does require alot of ram! Although when I first updated to leopard it was a little buggy! but after a few delayed updates it seems to work fine! Overall a great program!

Just buy an intell mac mini 599. a little more but worth it! I use an Intell Imac but a good friend uses a mini and other than low ram it has worked like a charm!

If you have 7.4 with elastic time, you can draw in the tempo in the tempo screen. and actually set markers like you would a fade..
