aight, I finally hooked everything up, sound is working yada yada... brilliant me only bought one RCA cable, luckily I had some in storage...well, I got 4 1/4" instrument cables...plugged two into the delta outs 1/2...and into my line ins on my mixer, then I took the other two and plugged them...

Aight...I got a Mackie VLZ Pro 1402 here, and a Delta 66...I just got my cables in today...4 1/4" Mogamis w/ Switchcraft connectors, also got RCAs... I'm trying to hook up my Delta to the mixer, and the mixer into the delta, as well as my Roland computer monitors into my mixer...but nothing is...

well, after reading through the many threads on cables...I have decided to go with mogami cables...my question is...how easy/hard is it to make these cables myself and solder the connectors on to them? What do I need to do to go about doing this. How much cheaper will it be for me?

aight, I just installed this...and a few questions... when I physically install it, do I hafta make any connections to the spdif slots? or just leave them empty (red and white things). on my old sound card, I had some sort of wire hooked from my modem to my soundcard, no such slot on the delta...

Well, I just went ahead and bought my first mixer... I got a Mackie VLZ Pro 1402 off of e-bay "never been taken out of box" under warranty until 11/03 for $325 + $30 express shipping and insurance...so total $355? I was actually looking for a 1202 because I didn't wanna spend over $300, but...

I'm currently looking into buying a mic for male rap vocals...may use it a bit for male rnb vocals...been looking at the AKG C3000B or the AT4033...any suggestions? it will be going through a Mackie VLZ Pro 1202 and then into my Delta 44...Really looking for high quality around that price...
