Thank you :) overheads, 57 on snare and a cheap kick mic. the kick sound was quite poor though mostly due to my fault, I wanted to put a comp on the kick input and changed the ratio slightly without testing it afterwards due to the pressure of my band mates urging me to get on with it haha...
