Well I'm looking for a polished aluminum pickguard for my black SG standard, and while I realize that the prices for these are going to be ridiculous because there isn't a high demand, does anyone know of a good site for pickguards?

Has anyone here tried the Seymour Duncan Dimebucker? Now that I have the right pickup for my SG, I want a ridiculously high output metal pickup for my Ibanez. It's a rather dark guitar, and the pickup seems kind of bright from the specs, I was wondering what anyones thoughts are on these pickups?

I just got a Seymour Duncan Custom Custom pickup for my Gibson SG. I haven't put it in yet, I'm going to get a new soldering iron tomorrow, and I'll be sure to post some comments when I'm done testing it out :D

My friend's prestige rg recently suffered a rather ugly chip in the finish, on the front and side where binding would be. It is a translucent finish over a flamed maple top. The wood suffered no damage the bit of finish broke cleanly off down to the wood. Is there a way to touch this up?
