What is the difference between these interfaces? I want to record piano, violin, keyboard (line), vocal and acoustic guitar (not at the same time!).. I'm a beginner and I'm looking for something quite cheap and enough for recording without hisses and noises.. Please help!

No, I have only one input. And YES I find good level balance - just made volume on keyboard lower than it was. ;) The sound of a keyboard is now good but I there is still the noise in the recording.. What I must do to cut it? I use Sony ACID 8.
