haha again, fiev said what i wanted to. photoshop is essential, man. get a nice layout for the site, slice up an image map, then code that hoe up.

Damn, fiev is the man! haha. anyway, the site looks much better now. it looks a little simple, maybe a little unprofessional still. one thing that caught my eye, the top nav section with all the links, the pictures of houses, and your picture, are all squished and it just doesn't flow at all.
