i want to make any sounds below a certin decible not exist anymore. basicly whats happening, is when i record, i get this really soft buzz, that u cant hear untill after i have used a compression plugin, it makes the inaudible sounds audible. is there a plugin that can help me ?

i have a SB live 5.1 sound card. and i'm thinking is it possible to give each track a channel. example track one goes to Front left track two goes to Front right track three goes to Rear left track four goes to Rear right ? is this possible ?
