Hello, a few months back I purchased the DP-32 and I love it. But when I use a stereo jack with an aux cable attached and insert it in the back input, and play my song off my phone. I get a sound, I hear the song but it sounds like what it does when you barely have your headphones plugged in. I've tried numerous stereo jacks, aux cables and yes I of course made sure it was inserted all the way in. But I still get that sound. Why is this? Nothing should be wrong with the mixer, its brand new and everything but that works on it. I instead use the Aux insert on my amp and from my amp to the mixer with it and it sounds clear. Why would it be doing this... Am I doing something wrong?
