I just bought Steven Slate Drums 4 EX from the Slate website and when I open it in Pro Tooks, I can't see the entire plugin window. Roughly 20% of the bottom is being cut off at the bottom of the screen even though the window is as high as it can go. I had the demo version of Trigger prior to this and that was fine, although the demo and this version do look a bit different.
I'm using Pro Tools 9.0.6 on a MacBook Pro that is running OS X version 10.6.8 with a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor and 6 BG of ram. I thought this could have been a screen resolution issue so I looked and I'm already running the highest resolution which is 1280x800. The card is the stock card that came with my 13" MacBook Pro. And the dock is not open. Does anyone know what could be causing this issue? Attached is a picture.
