Okay i'm new to all the technical way of mixing and recording audios. I was talkin to a friend of mines who uses pro tools and he told me about bouncing. Is like a two track file and i'm confused about what he means... so my question is what is bouncing and how is done in cool edit pro??

I can't help you with CEP, but the term "bouncing " refers to the practice of taking 2 or more tracks and submixing them down to a smaller number of tracks.

This is usually done as a convenience, or if you're short on tracks. An example would be 8 tracks of drums being reduced to 4 tracks.... kick/snr/stereo OH....

You don't bounce in Cool Edit. Bouncing's for 4-tracks. Cool Edit's got so many tracks that you don't have to bounce.

hey you can bounce in cep if you want to
when handling so many tracks you better just submix some of them
