Copying mix settings

I'm using Sonar 3 producer edition.

I'm just wondering if there is any way to basically save or just copy the mix settings (effects, levels, etc.) to another song with the same tracks? Basically like if I recorded everything the same way I want to mix one and apply it to the rest, then fine tune them individually. Will this work???
 
hmm...do your second recording as normal and then copy and paste each individual track into the desired project's track pane (or whatever it's called, where the clips are). then just delete the original track clips and save as a new song. make sense?
