While recording with playback also on ....the program makes the sound stutter quite often...Of course during recording this throws off the drum beat, the voices and everything else. I'm using Cakewalk Home Studio 9 with Windows 98. I have a seperate hard drive for all the cakewalk stuff. This shouldn't be doing this....AND IT IS VERY annoying........it makes the final recording sound absolutely terrible....can anybody please help me? Is it possible that the soundcard just sucks? I'm also using an older 6 channel mixer with two rca plugs from left and right outputs going into the one audio plug in the back...I have the transistors and everything....Everything works fine except for this loud obnoxious stuttering noise which delays and makes the recording tracks of on timing....Thats about it! Thanx for any sugggestions!
