Zoom MRS-1266CD

Hi there,
I'm having a problem with the ZoomCD. When I try to burn a project to cd, I get a "DRV ERR" message and the whole thing locks up.
Has anyone got any ideas what could be causing the problem and any suggestions as to how to cure it?

Sounds as though your drive is broken. Have you tried cleaning this disc and insert again?

Could be a dissloged laser.
have you tried one of those bush laser cleaners. If it is a dissloged laser it wont make a differance but hey.
With the price of cd burners i'd just replace it and be done.
Is it scsi?

Hi Kip,
I haven't heard of a bush laser cleaner. If I got one how would I use it?
When you say replace the cd burner, do you mean the actual cd drive unit? Does it sound like that could be causing the problem?
I don't know if it is scsi. As you can probably tell, my technical skills are pretty limited!
