Zoom 606

What do you guys say about the multi effect box ZOOM 606...
Im doind some metal recording and i wonder if its anything to go for?...
advantages? disadvantages?

Not sure about the 606, but I am happy with my GFX707....

but they are actually for live use rather than recording....

for recording look else where..... POD, V-amp, J-station to name a few...

Another contra to the 606 is that it's just plain UGLY. I've got the GFX-8, wich at least looks OK, and doesn't sound bad either. Wouldn't know about recording with it though...
