Hi,

One of the very first attempt to make a cover from a song of a Hungarian blues singer. My band (ZombieDog) played the music and it was me who recorded it in the rehearsal room.

Any critic, advice would be really appreciated, because this is the best way to improve it. It's a rough mix, so primarilly I am waiting for your opinion about the recording and mixing, how I could improve the sounding of the mix, how I could change the proportion of the instruments within the mix.
I know there are some editing problem and I also know that comparing the products I listened here in the forum it's worse than those.
But I would like to make as good as it's possible to gain a good demo for my band.

Thanks guys.

The band sounds great. I like the raw feel of the guitars, especially the lead.:) Main vocal is very well performed but isn't sitting well in the mix... needs dynamic control and a different ambience.

Thanks

Nice tune.... I agree with the comment about getting the vocals to sit better in the mix. Way too forward. Bring the volume down, use some compression to even out the performance and add a little reverb to get it to sit with the rest of the instruments. Not much, though.

Also, I think the drums could use some work. Snare seems lifeless and the highhat and ride should be more prominent.

cool man!!!
