zip drive....

i have a 100 mb zip drive and a mpc2000xl..........i need the right cable to hook them up......can someone please tell me what kind of cable i need.......i was looking at some that i thought might work at the computer store and they were $70. are they that exspensive? thanx

You'll need a SCSI cable.

i know a scsi cable but what type... do i need a certain number of pins? are they all the same?

you will need a scsi cable. you probaly have a 25 pin connector now. you will need to buy an adapter/converter to convert the 25 pin to high 50 pin . i believe my adapter was about 15.00
