Your thoughts on this tune 'Slippin' Away'

Yo folks

I did this demo of the tune a few weeks ago, but never asked for anyone's opinion.

It's the 6th track on my EPK at http://www.sonicbids.com/epk/epk.asp?epk_id=40700 (it has a longish intro - the vocals come in around 30 secs)

I'm more interested in opinions on the song, as the demo is programmed bass and drums with two acou gtr tracks. Would sound cool with real drums, bass, and some distorted gtr.

Listening right now. I like this alot. Leave it acoustic. Well maybe do a electric version too and we can compare. Great voice !!!! Gonna stick in my favorite and check out your other tunes. Wish my ass could sing that good.

Wow!...this is really fantastic!

You have a great voice and the vocals were captured so well on this. The bass/drum combo sounds pretty good actually...just wish there were a few more quick snare fills at some of the changes...

Rather than the distorted electric guitar, I wish there was a keyboard/organ playing the melody part as it would seem to me to fit the overall feel of the tune better...but hey, you obviously know what you're doing. Acousitc guitars sound good. Very tight.

My kids heard this and came running over to the 'puter...they love this and every other song from your site that I played for them. There seems to be a theme of "fat man" running throughout your music... Thanks!
