ok after reaing a billion posts, and a couple of recomendations from a good friend I have decided to buy this stuff..
Behringer B2031 Truth Active Studio Monitor Speakers Pair
Digidesign Mbox USB Pro Tools LE Audio Interface for Macintosh and Windows
Yamaha MG16/6FX 16 Input 4 Bus Mixer w/Dual EFX
Global Audio by CAD HM1 3 Piece Microphone and Stand Package with Cables
That is for starters, please let me know what you all think of this set up it will be used on my P4 2.8ghz, 512mbRAM, the sound stuff is from the motherboard right now but I am looking into sound cards.
Now to start up what cords would I need to get? the mics come with cables and the mbox comes with a usb cable, but for the mixer what would I need to say hook up 1 to 2 instruments at a time and have it all set up and ready to record?
