You know what effects he is using?

I'm kind of a newbie at recording so I cant really tell if artists actually sound like that or they use effects or what effects they are using. I've been trying to figure it out what effects if any this one artist is using. His name is george stanford and I cant tell how it was recorded but I am very curious.

I don't know what "effects" you are refering too. Maybe if you could tell me what song and where you hear it.
