Your Desktop PC cooling fan is running all the time. It's been like that with our 30C+ temperatures lately.

On cooler days (say around 20C) the fan runs so infrequently it's hardly noticeable.

My CPU idles at just above 60 degrees I have to keep the side panel ajar.
