Yeah, that is a cool song. Very talented dude. I commented lots on this song some time back when he posted it. Hey, I wonder if he ever got his mixing issues straightened out with the drums?

seriuosly though, thanks for all the kind words. you've encouraged me to get a move on with my next piece. ive hit one of the many writers blocks im sure to come across with this song. ive brought the whole orchestra out this time so its quite time consuming! :D

concerning the whole mixing issue with this song, im going to go back and do it after ive done a few more songs.

i tried to listen to your stuff but couldnt get it to work. Windows media player said it couldnt play the file. dont know why?

Kind words they may be, but truth just the same. You have got a lot of talent going on in your creativity.
And if just one word encourages you, then I am glad I have a big mouth because I would hate to see the world miss out on all you have to offer.

Yeah it has had some problems. Someone tried to listen earlier and could only get one to work. Somedays it works, somedays it don't! Sounds like a blues song!! :D

Great effort. Guitar tone works great with the synths which also sound fabulous. Im listening in Sennheiser H2200 Cans at the mo and it sounds lovely and warm.

The Mix however sounds "Tri Layered" (dont worry I just invented that phrase! (I think!)). The guitars seem to sit on top of the synths rather than sitting with them. The Drums are practically tinkling away in the background imo and you could do with some decent samples and/or the kit bringing up to give the track a little drive. You could do a lot more with the hats, it really sounds Drum Machinee. Cant hear the Kick at all.

That said, there's obviously alot of work gone into this in terms of programming and performance and I'm not detracting from that in anyway I think its a superb effort that would REALLY benefit from some good solid Kick Ass Drive.
