I guess something half decend would be good. I figger that i will only have 4 tracks at one time.I am very new at this recording thing and am looking for decent entry level for a start.I also have a copy of cake walk but haven't used it yet. My system is a 450 meg with 12 gig hard drive and a stock cd rom burner. I don't have any recording software as of yet but Iguess that will come with the card. Will the platinum card do well or is it too general?
