O.K. I read "White Gangsta" at the top and I stopped reading. People like you give white people a bad name because all you are doing is posing when you try to be gangsta. I'm guessing you are comming from a rich neighborhood and live with your parents and are trying to get into the game by sending demo tapes to dr dre.

Don't get me wrong I am not ragging on white people (I myself am half white), I just hate it when people try to be something they are not. Try bring these rymes with you to a show or a freestyle trying to act gangster and see peoples reaction to you. Even if you did make it into the game somehow when your first cd dropped acting like this would have you getting dissed by everyone who heard you and just bring the beef.

I hate it when people do this and after reading your rymes I realize I dont have anything to worry about because you are obviously not going anywhere with those.

I am sorry If you are get pissed or take some of this hard but I got pissed when I read this. You will get absulutely nowhere trying to be something you are not so please take this into consideration.

I can't really comment on flow and shit cause I haven't heard you rap...and the way you've written your rhymes doesn't add up (in my mind and my style).
If you put this to a beat it might sound pretty much ok...BUT You're not going to get what you want out of it. See...you wanna spread fear around your white ass..and all you're gonna get is alot of eyes directed towards you with a: "What the fuck is this white boy talking about...? look in them, and the ones that will be taking this seriously is probably still wearing diapers...

My job for the time being is instructing/managing/producing 6 guys (all foreigners) that rap. I didn't do anything with their lyrics for a few months, I just let them mess around with writing whatever they wanted to write. They were totally off the hook with that wannabe gangsta shit for a while, then I tossed them a few pointers as to what they might want to write about...what would sound interesting in the ears of the audience...? Straight up lying? or truth...? Nobody wants to listen to 4 minutes of creative bullshit, they want to listen to something that they might relate to.
"Well...that doesn't sound cool at all"...Well...that's were the challenge is...
Now my students finds it a waste of time to be writing shit that ain't the truth, unless it's a comic kind of track.
You need to reevaluate what you want out of this dude, cause the way things are now you're pretty much: just another freshie...just another wannabe...just another insecure kid that feels the need to bullshit your text to get respect...just another white ass rapper...trying to be a thug...
ain't gonna happen man, put the mic down and rewrite your stuff. Make it interesting and make it good.

Rap is 90 percent black and if you are white and you want to make it in the buisness you better be bringing some serious skill to be accepted. Em had a tough time even with his amount of skill and that is more than most of us will ever have. Rap is a game that is true and what you talk about must be true to YOURSELF not the industry or what is hip now. If you are totally posing then noone will respect you and you will get nowhere.

It's the words you choose to use when you tell the story...then it's up to the listener to percieve them in the correct way...more than often they're pervieved the wrong way...

There's a million ways to express yourself. I mostly produce, but I used to rap a bit and it's all about the creativity of your words.
If this hardass streetkid is rapping about getting shot, blood vendettas, stealing for survival, running from the cops, unemployed cause he's a troublemaker...and so on...I would take that more seriously than if was coming from some prissy ass kid with a beamer...get it?
It's how you write the shit that's gonna decide if it gets hot or not. A nice blend of truth and creativity...and that's not even close to doing a straight up lie...

But I don't think you can measure expression! Rapping comes in many different forms. It is indeed a particular type of rap that deals with actual situations and things they have done, witnessed, or even heard.

I do agree with your statement to an extent, but depending on what your focus is "truth" is only needed if you want it to be. I think most people buy Rap for its content and it's entertainment value, not particularly for "truth". Truth is just another part of expression! Don't get me wrong, I like to hear of actual experiences, but I like the entertainment too. It's like watching a good movie///Some are Dramas, scary, funny, violent, etc..........Everything ain't for Everybody
