about building my PC. Two, actually.

1.) With an MSI mobo w/ nforce2 chipset, am I going to need to get a video card?

2.) My PC will be behind the drumset when recording drums. How much is the vibration from the kick and low tom going to affect the components in the case?

WHoa! wrong forum! I would suggest finding that out from the manufacturers of the components of your computer. No one here is going to know the tolerance of your computer to vibration without actually having done the field tests themselves.

Yes. The nForce2 chipset supports the AMD processor, it does not provide VGA output unless the motherboard description explicitly states that integrated video VGA is provided. Some ASUS motherboards feature integrated video, but I have not researched the issue to other manufacturers.

Heck of a question. No idea. If I were you, I'd move it someplace less disruptive.
