Yamaha PSR740 multi pad

Hi! I've got a PSR 740 and I'm trying to record multi-pads. They record alright but the problem is that they don't continue. They play once after I hit the button and then stop. Is there anyway I can set it to play continuosly? Thanks!

I Googled the Yamaha PSR 740 and found that it is an 'arranger' keyboard with onboard styles.

I don't have the faintest idea what your question is about though.

Please post again with a complete explanation including what you mean by 'multi-pads' and what you mean by 'hit the button'.
